Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within 7 days of receipt. If for any reason the order is delayed we will contact you to let you know. An email will be sent to the address you specified during registration as the order is received and progressed.

Refunds and Returns

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return the item in its original condition and receive a refund. Our return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Once shipped, you may cancel your order up to 7 working days following receipt of the item(s) and a full refund will be given.
